Maya Catering is a family-owned event catering company based in Brighton & Hove, run by husband and wife team Yaz and Mal.

Yaz, our head chef, has been cooking professionally for over 26 years, mastering cuisines from around the world along the way. He brings an ethos of honest, home-cooked food made with the freshest ingredients. Mal has worked alongside Yaz in the kitchen for over 15 years and has dedicated her career to creating beautiful, delicious homemade food.

Together, they create creative, flavour-led buffet menus for weddings, corporate events, conferences, birthdays, private parties, wakes and sports events. Every menu is shaped by the team’s love of new ideas and inspiration, and prepared with the same care as if it were for their own family and friends.
