Every dish is homemade by our family-run team using high quality, fresh ingredients. Our menus draw on cuisines from around the world, so there’s something to suit everyone, from the little ones to granddad.
We recently had Yaz’s catering for a family event, and it was nothing short of exceptional. The food was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavour—especially the Mediterranean Turkish and Middle Eastern dishes, which were a hit with everyone. You can really taste the care and quality in every bite. The team was professional, punctual, and incredibly accommodating, making the whole experience seamless. If you're looking for catering that combines elegance with heart, Yaz is the one to call. Highly recommend!!

"Yavuz and Malvina turned what could have been a stressful day into something effortless. I was a little nervous booking a caterer I hadn’t used before but it felt like we were in safe hands. The flavours exceeded expectations. The team created a really relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. It felt more like being looked after by friends than a formal service — yet everything was professional and on point. Brighton is lucky to have Maya Catering."
